[V] DHL - Backup : Create a Transport Request (TR) through HelpDesk

Important note : If you don’t have access to TOP or Tapps (for Airbus Commercial flows only), please follow the below procedure as a backup solution to create a Transport Request (TR).

Steps
Details
1) Template Preparation

Please download the template available at the bottom of this page to prepare your transport request details in the correct format.


Note : If the TR has more than 20 ship units, please request access to TOP/SCI to create your TR.


TR Creation Training : Select "Transport Management" and "Create a TR"

You can contact one of our operator by creating a support ticket or by calling our DHL Control Tower.


2) Template Submission

As soon as the temlplate is filled, you can go in the "Submit a ticket" section to submit your request.
 For this, please select "I need assistance with my Transport Request" form and select the "I need to create a TR" in the category field.


3) Submission Confirmation

When submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from The Help Desk : your request has been received and is under progress.


4) Request Follow Up

You can follow up your request by log into the Help Desk.

Option 1: Create a password after receiving the automatic Freshdesk email (it might be in your spam folder).

 Option 2: Create a password by clicking on “Forgot Password” during your first login.


5) Request Completed

When completed, you will receive an email confirmation from the system. You will be able to find your TR reference in your ticket.
