How can I contact DHL for any IT support topics ? 
For IT related topics :
You need to open a ticket by selecting :
Freshdesk Form : "I need IT support"
Category : Select the category needed.

For any other support requests, please write an email to the following contacts :

For ADS : ads_llp_it_Support@dhl.com
For AC : llp.tools.support@dhl.com


Where can I request access to TOP ?

To request a TOP account and receive the training materials, fill in the following Freshdesk form : "I need IT support" > 1. I need a new user access > TOP.

Where can I request a Creation/Update of an Airbus  location ?
To request a Creation/Update of a location for TOP/Tapps, please open a ticket under the Freshdesk form:

 "I have a location request : Creation / Update / Deactivation."
